Dimitris Papanikitopoulos, President, Linkage Greece
Dimitris has been accredited by Linkage Inc. as a Professional Coach and he has consulted as a Personal Coach with more than 25 senior leaders in the Greek market from a variety of business sectors on topics as career planning, leadership development, attitude change. He is certified in numerous Leadership and Team Assessment Tools, including Leadership Assessment Instrument, Thomas & FACET Personality Tests, 360 Executive View.
Dimitris has graduated from the University of Piraeus, Greece and from London School of Economics, UK. He worked for 10 years in the US multinational company Johnson & Johnson, starting as an Assistant Brand Manager in the Johnson’s Baby Shampoo. He was responsible for several J&J Business Units and brands and he successfully launched the CORDIS business as well as the ACUVUE Disposable Contact Lenses business in the Greek market. Finally, he became Division Director of the Medical and Ethicon Business Units in Greece and he was a member of the Board of Directors at Johnson & Johnson Professional. In July 1996, he joined Response S.A. as a partner, being responsible initially for Management Consulting Division, Training and finally the Executive Search business of the company.
Since 1998, he is the Managing Director of Response and Linkage Greece. He has participated as a lecturer and coordinator in more than 30 Conferences and has experience of more than 1.500 days of training. He is a member of the Association of Chief Executive Officers (Ε.Α.Σ.Ε.) for the last 10 years. He is also the Secretary General of the Board of Directors of the Greek Institute of Sales (Ι.Π.Ε.), and finally an Honorable Member of the Board of the Greek Institute of Customer Service (Ε.Ι.Ε.Π.) for which he was the General Secretary for two years a member of the Consulting Committee of the Hellenic Association of Management Consulting Firms (Σ.Ε.Σ.Μ.Α.). From 2008 and onwards he is a member of the Faculty, as a Team Leader, of the “Global Institute of Leadership Development” (G.I.L.D.) that is taking place yearly in California and ranked as the #1 Leadership experience in the world for six consecutive years,.

Artemios Miropoulos, Managing Director, Linkage Greece
Artemis Miropoulos joined Response International, a Greek origin human resources consultancy as a partner in 2000. Since then he has led a business consulting division, the HR and training teams and led the company’s SE Europe expansion. Within a 6 year period he established HR Development offices in Romania, Serbia and Bulgaria. At the same period, he also established local offices for Stanton Chase Executive Search operations, supporting the formation of local teams of consultants, business development and participating in selected assignments of senior leaders’ selection, change culture initiatives, and Organizational and HR Development.
As an executive coach, Artemis has a business background and this shows in his approach during coaching assignments. He strongly believes that by supporting individuals achieve more within their operational duties they develop a stronger sense of self confidence and optimism. This impacts positively in their communication and relationships towards their boss, peers and subordinates and in turn conveys to their private lives. He is a Linkage accredited professional coach and in this capacity has supported a number of senior managers of various industries and functions in Greece and abroad.
Artemis worked a total of eight years in the Sales and Marketing departments of Johnson & Johnson Consumer Goods and as National Sales Manager with Beiersdorf in Greece. During this period, he actively contributed to a changing European retail environment participating in global task teams on European Price Harmonization, International Account Planning and Efficient Consumer Response initiatives. He has lead several negotiation teams in local and regional agreements with key European retailers and set up distribution networks for various product categories.
Since 2008 he has been working on the establishment of Linkage Inc. in Greece, the world’s fastest growing Leadership and Organizational Development corporation. At 2009 he was member of the Faculty of the “Global Institute of Leadership Development” (G.I.L.D.) that took place in San Diego, as a team leader.
Artemis holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Institute of Technology, Athens, a Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, London and a MSc in HR and Performance Management from the University of Leicester. He lives in Athens, he is married and has three daughters.

Stamatis Tsapralis, Partner, Linkage Greece
Stamatis is a certified sales trainer from AMS Learning on Professional Selling Skills system and from Integrity Solutions on Integrity Selling ® and Integrity Coaching. He has been also accredited facilitator by Linkage Inc. on Essential Management Essential Coaching and Negotiation Skills workshops.
He possesses extensive experience in Management, Leadership and Sales and has been instrumental in developing Leaders, Managers and Sales Executives and in the management and coaching of high performance teams.
Stamatis has studied Economics at the University of Athens. He began his career in Commercial Bank of Greece, where he remained for nine years in various positions in the Branch network. He has then moved to XIOSBANK with emphasis on the expansion of the Branch Network and Sales promotion of the Bank, as a Certified Seminar Sales.
In 1999 he moved to HSBC Bank Greece where he undertook the responsibility for the establishment of the Bank’s Branch Network in Greece and in 2001 he has been appointed Branch Network Manager.
In 2003 he developed the newly introduced Financial Planning Services and later has been appointed Senior Sales Manager of the Wealth Management Division of HSBC in Greece, where he was responsible for development, training and management of the Bank’s Wealth Management Sales Team. In 2009 he has been appointed Head of Direct Banking & Direct Sales, assuming the responsibility of the establishment and expansion of the Alternative Networks (Internet Banking, Contact Centre, ATMs Network) and Direct Sales forces of HSBC in Greece and the commercial exploitation thereof.
Since May 2012 he joined the group of Linkage Greece and Response Consulting SA as Senior Consultant. Dimitris Rinas, Senior Consultant, Linkage Greece
Dimitris holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Stirling (UK) and a BSc in European and International Studies from Panteion University of Athens. He has worked as an HR Assistant Manager, handling issues of recruitment and selection and payroll administration.
He joined Response International in 2005 and is a Certified Trainer and Assessor in the Design and Implementation of Assessment & Development Centers with the use of business simulations by A&DC and he has been the project manager of several assessment & development projects. Dimitris is also certified in the Training and use of Psychometric tools (Personality & Ability assessment) by Thomas International, Consulting Tools and Psytech (members of BPS).
He has been involved in various consulting projects within the disciplines of Organizational Development such as the Design & Implementation of 360º Feedback projects, Development of Personal Development Plans, Identification of Competencies & Behaviours, Development of Performance Appraisal Systems, Design and Development of Vision & Values, Design of Job Descriptions and identification of KPIs,Development Centres and Employee Satisfaction Surveys and Organizational Culture Surveys. Katerina holds a Bachelor's degree in History and Archaelogy from the National &Kapodistrian University of Athens.
She is highly experienced in project management of training programs with key emphasis in overall Coordination of the Implementation and the Evaluation of Trainingprograms, Financial planning and reporting, Event Management and Vendor management.
